Aalu Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato) Recipe


Ingredient
1)2 Aalu(potato)
2)1/2kg Gobi(Cauliflower)
3)1/2tspGinger
4)1/2tspGarlic
5)2Tomato
6)jeera
7)hing
8)1/2tsp Red chilli
9)11/2 salt(acc to taste)
10)oil

Method:
1)Heat oil in a kdai add jeera, hing ,garlic paste and ginger paste fry them till goden brown.
2)add mashed tomato, red chilli powder ,salt  and fry till oil rises to surface.add Aalu and gobi and cook for 5 minutes.

Aalu -Methi Ki Sbzi

Ingredients
  • ½ kg Methi
  • oil
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 2tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Potato
  • salt
  • 1/2tspchilli powder
  • 4 Greenchilli
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


Method:

   1)    Heat oil in a pan ,add jeera  ,chopped onion and fry till golden brown Now add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder ,chopped green chilli and and fry till oil rises to the surface.
   2)    Add chopped potatoes and methi cook for 10 minutes on low flame.now serve sabzi with chappaties.

Baingan Ka Bartha

Ingredients:
1 Brinjal(Baingan)
2 5 onions
3 3 Tomatoes
4 3tsp Oil
5 Salt
6 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
7 2tsp Coriander leaves


Method:

1) Roast the brinjal on a medium flame till its skin get charred.cool and then peel and mash.
2) Heat  oil in a pan add chopped onion fry till light golden brown.add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder fry till the oil rises to the surface.
3) Add the mashed brinjal and cook for 5 minutes on low flame .add paste of coriander leaves and mix well.

Veg MOMOS Recipe

      Ingredients
  •        Maida ¾ Cup
  •         Water
  •         Salt
  •         Oil
  •         1Cup Chopped Cabbage
  •         ¼ Chopped Carrot
  •         1tsp garlic paste
  •         4 Onion
  •         1/4tsp suger
  •         1/2tsp pepper
  •         1tsp Soya Sauce
Method:
1.Take maida in a bowl  add 3/4tsp Salt , 1tsp oil and mix well add water to make a dough.keep for 10 min.
2.Heat oil in a Pan, add  garlic paste and onion and Fry it and then add Cabbage, Carrot and fry them on high flame for a minute.Now add suger,pepper and soya sauce and mix well for a minute.Material for stuffing is ready.
3.Devide the dough into pedas and roll peda using rolling pin keep stuffing material on it and fold it to make momo shapes.
4.Steam it in steamer for 5 minutes.
5.Momos are ready to Serve.

Aalu Prantha

Ingredients:
2 Cup Wheat flour
Salt(acc to taste)
Water
Oil
Boiled Potato
Pomegranate(anardana)
Green Chilli Chopped
Red Chilli powder
Butter

Method:

Take Wheat flour in a bowl add ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
Add water little by little and knead well to make smooth dough.cover the bowl and keep for 15 minutes

Grate the potatoes add red chilli powder ,green chilli ,Pomegranate powder and salt and mix well.

Now devide the dough into 8 equal portions and make its pedas. Take 1 peda ,roll peda using rolling pin ,Put potato mixture on it and again make it into a peda.now sprinkle a flour and roll it by using rolling pin .

Take tawa and heat it .place rolled prantha on it and cook it on one side then turn it and pour ½ tsp butter over the prantha and shallow fry ,turn it and pour ½ tsp butter on second side of prantha and shallow fry on moderate heat.

Now Aalu Prantha is ready to serve.

Chilli Paneer Recipe


Ingredients

Paneer - 300 grams(cut  in cube pieces)

corn flour

1 Green Capsicum 

1 Red Capsicum 

Olive oil 

Vinegar 

Tomato Sauce 

Soya Sauce

Chilly Sauce 

Green Chillies 

Ginger 

Black Pepper Powder

Chilly flakes

Ajinomoto 

Salt

Mint leaves

Method

Take 2tsp of the corn flour in a plate and wrap the cube pieces of paneer  in it. 


Pour 2 tsp oil in a pan. After it heats, put the paneer pieces in it to fry and turn them over constantly  till both sides turn light brown.Take out the fried paneer pieces.


Now pour the 4tsp oil in the pan, after oil is heated then fry ginger and green chillies . Add green capsicum and red capsicum and fry them for 1 minute. Add ¼ Cup tomato sauce, 2 tsp chilly sauce, 2tsp soya sauce,  2tsp vinegar, ¼ chilly flakes, 1/2 tsp salt ,1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1pinch ajinomoto . Now Mix all the ingredients on a low flame .


Dissolve the 2 tsp corn flour in 1/4 cup water till all lumps disappear and pour it into Same Pan . Cook the chilly paneer for 1 minute as you stir regularly.Now Put the large Pieces of mint leaves in It. 


Delicious,  Chilly Paneer is ready, Prepare fried rice Or noodles and serve Chilly Paneer along with it.

Veg Manchurian


1 Cabbage,grated
1 Carrot
3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Garlic Paste 
1 tsp Ginger Paste
Salt (acc to Taste)
¼ Cup Maida
4 Tsp Soya Sauce
Oil
1 tsp Cornflour
Black pepper powder
1 tspVineger
½ tsp Suger
Method
1) Make Bolls:
Take1 cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 green chillies cut thm into small pieces and add ⅓ tsp of the garlic paste, ⅔ tsp of the ginger paste, salt, maida and 2 tsps soya sauce and mix well. Shape into small balls and roll the bolls in cornflour.
Pour sufficient oil in a kadai to fry the bolls. deep fry the bolls till golden and crisp.

2) Sauce

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1/3 ginger Paste, 2/3 tsp garlic paste  1 green chillies
And fry them add 2 tsp soya sauce.
Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps water. Pour cornflour mixture,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1 tsp vinegar and ½ tsp sugar in  a pan and mix well. Now Sauce is ready.
 Add Vegetable ball to the sauce
