• 1 Cabbage,grated
• 1 Carrot
• 3 Green Chillies
• 1 tsp Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp Ginger Paste
• Salt (acc to Taste)
• ¼ Cup Maida
• 4 Tsp Soya Sauce
• Oil
• 1 tsp Cornflour
• Black pepper powder
• 1 tspVineger
• ½ tsp Suger
Method
1) Make Bolls:
• Take1 cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 green chillies cut thm into small pieces and add ⅓ tsp of the garlic paste, ⅔ tsp of the ginger paste, salt, maida and 2 tsps soya sauce and mix well. Shape into small balls and roll the bolls in cornflour.
• Pour sufficient oil in a kadai to fry the bolls. deep fry the bolls till golden and crisp.
2) Sauce
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1/3 ginger Paste, 2/3 tsp garlic paste 1 green chillies
And fry them add 2 tsp soya sauce.
• Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps water. Pour cornflour mixture,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1 tsp vinegar and ½ tsp sugar in a pan and mix well. Now Sauce is ready.
Add Vegetable ball to the sauce
