1)2 Aalu(potato)
2)1/2kg Gobi(Cauliflower)
3)1/2tspGinger
4)1/2tspGarlic
5)2Tomato
6)jeera

8)1/2tsp Red chilli
9)11/2 salt(acc to taste)

Method:
1)Heat oil in a kdai add jeera, hing ,garlic paste and ginger paste fry
them till goden brown.
2)add mashed tomato, red chilli powder ,salt and fry till oil rises to surface.add Aalu and
gobi and cook for 5 minutes.
